Who is this planner for?
Trade associations, export agencies, event organizers and supplier groups thinking about a virtual trade event that connects Canadian suppliers with Asia-Pacific buyers. It is equally useful if you are only exploring.
Does the planner send my answers anywhere?
The brief is built in your browser, without asking for your name, email or company. Answers are not saved and reset on refresh or leaving the page; download your brief to keep it. When website analytics is enabled, completion events include the five fixed category selections, not personal details. The consultation link also carries those categories in the page address so the contact form can reference them. Nothing is sent to the VI Cross inbox unless you send the prepared email yourself.
Will I get a price or quote?
No. Every event is scoped individually, so the planner does not show prices, savings or attendance estimates. Use the brief to start a conversation with the VI Cross team, who can discuss scope and costs directly.
What is in the downloadable brief?
A plain-text summary of your selections, the venue spaces to lead with, planning priorities, a phased planning route and questions to bring to a consultation. You can share it internally or edit it however you like.
What does the planning checklist cover?
A printable PDF checklist covering goals, audience, exhibitor content, buyer invitations, programme, rehearsal and post-event follow-up. It is free to download without signing up.
Are the venue images real screenshots?
No. Images on this site that show the venue are illustrative concepts. Ask the team for a live walkthrough of the current platform.
Prefer to talk it through?
Skip the planner and prepare an email to the team. Nothing is sent until you send it from your own email app.
